We operate on a minimum spend basis for pre-paid bar services. A rough guide to these minimum spends is as follows*:
Up to 50 people – £12.00 per head
Up to 100 people – £10.00 per head
Up to 250 people – £8.00 per head
Up to 500 people – £5.00 per head
*Prices may vary due to travel costs. These prices are excluding VAT & staffing costs. These prices do not apply to cash bar service.
Yes, we can provide just the bar if you wish. There is a cost for us to bring the bar to you but this can all be arranged for you.
If you wish to rent just the piano we can bring this without the bar but we do ask that you use one of our musicians to play for you.

Yes please. We ask that a 10% deposit of your total booking cost is paid to secure the booking.
We aim to be able to travel anywhere!
Please be aware that some bookings may incur travel costs.
We require approximately 2 hours to set up and then 1 hour for us to pack away.
